Indian Head Massage
For Centuries families in India have practised this form of massage on each other, from the eldest down to the youngest member of the family, each gaining the benefits that this wonderful treatment can give.
Traditionally the treatment was concentrated on the head and hair. Nowadays the back, shoulders, neck, upper arms and face are included as it is believed that these are important energy centres of the body.
This massage is given whilst the client is dressed in light clothing and seated in a chair.
Indian Head Massage is particularly useful in revlieving stress and fatigue and promoting a sense of well-being.
