Yoga is a complete science of life that originated in India many thousands of years ago. Yoga postures (asanas) can exercise every part of the body, releasing physical and mental tension, and yogic breathing (pranayama) revitalises the body and helps control the mind, relieving stress and calming the emotions.
British School of Yoga teacher Angie is starting a new yoga class in September at The Zentist, Harrogate. This gentle class is suitable for all ages and for those new to yoga & will be taken in six week blocks. Payment methods can be flexible.
