continual process of learning to let go. Through death or divorce, we lose
partners. Children grow up. Security, wealth, homes all come and go.
Anger, resentment, betrayal must be released before they consume our
lives.
This is a guided visualisation to enable you to actively create a new life by refusing to be the victim of the past.
